• Serve as the initial Engineer for GitClear, an analytics platform built in Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, and React positioned to reach developers and teams.
• Function as the Development Lead for GitClear Enterprise, an on-prem solution built in Docker, and used by very large technical teams.
• Streamline code and rebuild the payment infrastructure which optimizes throughput and resolves key technical problems such as including auditability and transparency into the transaction history.
• Substantially improve the subscription payment processing flow by leveraging the Stripe API, reducing ticket response times and increasing productivity.
• Lead efforts to get GitClear SOC2/ISO-27001 product certified by engaging with stakeholders to secure data related to audits, documenting technical systems monitoring, security, and code quality of technical systems and our entire change management process.
• Drive technical sales with clients such as Optum, NextGen Healthcare, and Bank of Georgia producing demos, executing onboarding, and maximizing communication skills to uncover client requirements and potential objections.
• Successfully converted and onboarded multiple developer teams of 1,000+.

Transformed the GitClear product functionality from an internal tool into a fully functional independent product, with paying customers.

• Owned the software development lifecycle from inception through delivery.
• Wrote well-documented code, performed troubleshooting and debugging.
• Developed the product in Ruby on Rails on full stack tasks.
• Supported customers onboarding efforts and improved the stat generation system to generate stats spanning years, and tens of thousands of commits quickly.

Recruited to engineer the Amazon Java-based third-party seller fees engine, an intricate system of fees that Amazon charges sellers for using its platform for product sales.

• Actively supported 3rd party sellers utilizing business logic to maximize deals with product sellers.
• Supported tens of thousands of peak transactions per second, billions in units and revenue.
• Developed the fee backend for Amazon's FBA Small and Light program and led the team's scaling efforts for the 2015 peak holiday season where performance was absolutely critical.
• Analyzed code for priority issues, performed load testing, and secured traffic statistics.
